Yes, you can. Every kind of pencil is fine both on dry pages and wet pages. If you want to write directly underwater, we recommend the use of a pure graphite pencil without wooden parts, as they would deteriorate if immersed for a long time.
Yes, all pens can write without problems, but we do not recommend using them if you plan to wet the pages. Each ink reacts differently to water, and we cannot guarantee the seal on the page without smearing and staining. If you prefer to use a pen, we recommend dry and non-liquid ink pens.
Time depends on the environment in which you leave the notebook. If it is exposed to the sun the time needed varies from 24 to 48 hours. It is possible to speed up drying if you split the pages from time to time to facilitate water evaporation.
It is absolutely normal. The notebook as the water evaporates will become rigid and compact; it will return to its original malleability once completely dried.
Yes, you can. Once the notebook is immersed again, it immediately regains its natural form.
If the page is wet, you can erase the pencil stroke even by rubbing a finger. Once the page dries the deletion is more difficult, even with a normal pencil eraser.
No, it doesn’t. However, it is advisable to wash the notebook in fresh water so that the salt does not stain the neoprene coating and does not compromise the proper functioning of the carabiner.
